The AHI Health Centre, housed in a spacious, well-ventilated two-storey building on the Anjuman campus, provides comprehensive healthcare services to children from the Boys and Girls Homes. The facility includes consultation rooms for a doctor, dentist, and counsellor, along with in-patient beds on both floors.
Students undergo annual health check-ups, with serious medical issues—such as those requiring surgery—referred to specialists and treated at Anjuman’s expense. Chronic conditions like vision impairments and skin ailments are also addressed, with corrective measures provided where needed. Vaccinations are administered according to WHO guidelines, and health and hygiene education is provided to students.
Minor procedures, including wound care and incision, are performed at the centre. Circumcision procedures are facilitated in partnership with hospitals, with post-operative care provided on-site. The centre also conducts annual health screenings for staff and offers guidance on child care practices.
Through a blend of preventive and curative care, the AHI Health Centre ensures that all children and staff enjoy a healthy, supportive environment throughout the year.
